Vizubi high performance modelling lets you load data from Vizubi DBs

A true business intelligence solution needs to deliver up the data you need fast without putting too much load on your network and other applications. That’s why we developed Vizubi around a column oriented database engine that can load data from other Vizubi databases; loading data from Vizubi’s proprietary .ndb format is incredibly fast.

This lets you set up centralized marts where users can get to the data they need without straining the network. It also lets you easily control who sees what data. You can also put calculated columns in the mart. This further improves performance because end users will import that data already calculated.

See what should have happened but didn’t; show zero values

Any Business Intelligence product can be used to create reports that show you what did happen; what you sold, how much, where you sold it. Here at Vizubi we also let you see what didn’t happen. By showing zero values, you can see products that weren’t ordered, customers that didn’t purchase and salesmen that didn’t sell.

Just right click on any report and you can show or suppress zero values on a column by column basis. And instantly decide which products you need to push. Or retire.

Filter for null values and find orphans

Lets say you want to figure out which products have been sold but aren’t associated with a product category (or some other attribute).

In a traditional Business Intelligence tool you’d have to create a sales report which shows null values. Because most Business Intelligence tools don’t let you filter for null values, you’d have to export it all to Excel, re-order the rows, copy the ones with null values for the Category column… pretty soon the whole afternoon is lost and you’re still not done.
