You need to get your team up and running fast, and they need tools which are easy to use but will allow them to do sophisticated analyses to get the answers they need.

We created Vizubi, with users like you in mind. The whole workflow is based on stuff that’s easy to understand and simple to use. Importing data is wizard based, and everything you do is saved to the database so if you need to update your data, just click a button and data will be refreshed using the same steps you originally used.

And when you import data, time dimensions and relationships between tables are automatically created when appropriate so that you can perform complex analyses without actually doing anything complex.

Creating meaningful output is as easy as drag and drop. Filtering, whether it’s directly on the report, by using our clean looking panels or by selecting the fields you want to filter from the selections window, is incredibly fast. You can see which filters have been applied to your reports with a hover on the filter button or right on your panels.

Drag and drop fields to create tables, pivots and charts

Even if you’ve got tons of data, creating reports is a snap with Vizubi’s drag and drop functionality; and whether you want straight tables, pivot tables or pivot charts, you can create meaningful reports in minutes. Once created, reports and charts are saved to the Vizubi database so that they can be reproduced at any time in any workbook. Workbooks which contain Vizubi reports link to the Vizubi database every time they’re opened.

Charts like reports are dynamic so that you can do drill down and drill through directly on charts. And all types of reports in a single workbook are linked so that a filter applied to one report is applied to all of the reports in the workbook. It’s also possible to change the way you view data in a single report by shifting from table to pivot view with a single mouse click.
